All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the current pandemic there maybe delays but we will endeavour to make sure that you receive your package as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All shipping rates depends on the country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In the U.K. We offer £4.70 flat rate shipping.
Local delivery
Deliveries are made between 1 to 2 business days after order is confirmed. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout and or email to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the weight of the package and the country. Please note that during these unprecedented times packages may be delayed from estimated time but we will strive to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AØP Clothing Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aopclothing@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We aim to respond to you within 72 hours.
